We’re looking for a Home-Based Customer Service Representative to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support partner brands by providing product and service information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Answering Billing Questions

• Service questions about service dates and service providers

• Responding to customers on online chat

• Job site service issues

• Transferring live calls to field managers

• Cancel services - transfer live calls to field managers

• Handling outbound calls

• Providing terms of service calls

• Providing customers with repair timelines

• Aid in rescheduling services

• Support Field Managers as needed

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience, Client Service Representative, or any related role.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters

• Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.

• Familiar with CRM systems and practices

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,500

• Industry: Swimming Pool Construction & Renovation

• Work Shift: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Including 2 Saturdays per month (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)) - CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday, occasionally on Saturday (USA)
