Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment, self-starting.
• Foster a spirit of collaboration between teams.
• Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Lead internal project meetings and document outcomes; schedule external meetings and record minutes.
• Manage multiple high-priority project issues to timely completion.
• Provide direction to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Identify problems in operations processes and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain clear operations documents and reference materials.
• Assist in monthly profitability reviews with Service Managers.
