Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to monitor, control and manage daily operations, supporting service managers and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. This fully remote role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams and maintaining compliance with SOLV Energy standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in contracts/change order management, basic ERP knowledge, strong communication, and collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with contracts and change order management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills to articulate vision into plans.
• Foster collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Prepare and document extra work orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Track project profitability reviews and support internal teams to meet goals.
