Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with contracts and change orders.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ERP systems knowledge is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience working for a diverse, employee-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers with day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Schedule and participate in project meetings and document outcomes.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; manage change orders and invoicing readiness.
