Job summary

Interlake Mecalux, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Specialist to manage the administration of ongoing projects within the Operations Department and ensure successful project closures.

The role emphasizes analyzing scopes, deadlines, technical and manpower requirements, while overseeing budgets, expenses, invoices, and related documents for subcontractors and internal staff. The ideal candidate will support Project Managers throughout initiation to closure, ensure adherence to procedures, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and methodologies during project execution.
• Assist with field cost reporting, approvals and documentation sharing (POs, COIs, NDAs).
• Collaborate with accounting on cost codification and budget adjustments; support project closure.
