Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. You will lead and mentor schedulers, coordinate with multiple teams, perform what-if analyses, and maintain delay logs.

Travel to job sites is required, with a remote work setup and periodic site visits in the South Central and Midwest US regions. The role emphasizes CPM scheduling best practices, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior scheduling in an EPC environment is required.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigend schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams for feedback.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and owner meetings to gather updates.
• Maintain delay logs and LD exposure with contract information.
• Perform what-if analysis for changing conditions on integrated schedules.
