Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules across preconstruction through execution. You will lead a team of schedulers, collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams, and travel to job sites to understand means and methods.

This remote role requires periodic travel to the South Central and Midwest Regions to ensure schedule integrity. The position emphasizes CPM scheduling, Primavera P6 expertise, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency with Primavera P6 software.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and MS Office suite.
• Ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project management and field teams.
• Attend project meetings and update schedules bi-monthly with actuals.
• Maintain delay logs and contract information, monitor LD exposure.
• Perform what-if analyses and communicate updates to teams and management.
