Job summary

GE Vernova's Grid Solutions business seeks a Risk Management Lead to drive identification, assessment, and proactive management of risks on large engineering programs. You will shape risk strategy and deliver controls across projects in a global environment.

You will develop risk plans, maintain registers and reports, automate processes and lead workshops with teams, partners and clients. Strong English, travel ~30%, PMI-RMP or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience on large, complex engineering projects.
• Experience in consultancy environments.
• Proficient with quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis (QCSRA).
• Proficient with industry tools: @risk, Safran, ARM, Xactium.
• Strong MS Office (Excel) for analytics.
• Willingness to travel ~30% (national/international).
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilitation of the risk management process across projects.
• Maintain risk data up to date per ISO31000:2018.
• Develop risk management plans; maintain risk registers and reports.
• Automate risk processes, tools, and templates.
• Lead risk workshops with project teams, partners, and clients.
• Integrate QRA for cost and schedule; interpret results for decisions.
• Ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across projects.
