Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Project Quality Leader to head a team of quality engineers supporting a portfolio of projects for key customers. You will define quality deliverables from customer specs, drive ITO and OTR activities, and ensure supplier and subcontractor quality in all phases.

You will mentor engineers, develop project quality plans, and lead continuous improvement and RCA efforts while ensuring compliance with GE Vernova standards and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in quality engineering for high-voltage projects.
• Experience in EPC or large infrastructure projects in the U.S.
• Familiar with FAT/SAT and field construction quality.
• Proficiency with quality tools and root cause analysis.
• Project management experience and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project quality engineers, including setting direction and workload planning.
• Oversee centralized QA/QC activities from inquiry to order (ITO) and order to remittance (OTR).
• Develop technical discipline knowledge and apply policy/strategy.
• Provide guidance and training on processes and tools to team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables across life cycle.
