Job summary

Hach Company, part of Veralto, is seeking a Project Qualification Specialist to identify and qualify project-based sales opportunities. You will engage customers to uncover timelines, budget, and decision criteria, ensuring readiness before handoff to field teams.

The role emphasizes consultative discovery, CRM data integrity in Salesforce, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Experience in lead qualification or consultative sales with customer-facing engagement.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming project leads by engaging customers to understand scope, budget, timeline and readiness.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer requirements and opportunities.
• Evaluate opportunities against qualification criteria before handing off to sales.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Project teams.
