Job summary

Hach is a Veralto company and part of the Water Quality segment. The Sr. Manager, Project Sales and Development role drives sales growth in the North American market by engaging early in large municipal and industrial projects.

This remote position reports to the Director of Strategic Business Development and leads a high-performing project sales team to influence specifications and grow funnel. You will collaborate with engineering and consulting firms, system integrators, and OEMs, use VES

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across commercial sales, marketing, product management, and/or business development.
• 6-8 years of people leadership experience, building high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales teams and drive volume growth across NA market.
• Influence key accounts with E&Cs, EPCs, SIs, and OEMs to grow sales.
• Mentor Project Pursuit Managers and develop sales talent.
• Develop and execute a collaborative sales strategy for geographies and verticals.
• Use Veralto Enterprise System tools to improve processes and growth.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide market insights for new offerings.
