Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of administrative support experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, legal, compliance, or operations.
• Ability to work in a remote office environment with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior lead and team within Law & Regulation.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee virtual and in-person events.
• Coordinate travel and prepare expense reports per policy.
• Manage calls, emails, and inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and track action items to completion.
• Maintain records and respond to various administrative requests.
• Support day-to-day operations, information gathering, and leadership updates.
• Assist with onboarding and project coordination within the team.
