• Experience supporting senior leaders, legal, compliance, operations, or other corporate functions.
• Ability to work within a remote office environment, with flexibility to travel as required to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior lead and team members; manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings and events.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, invoices, and related documentation.
• Support matter management, document management, onboarding, and team coordination; track action items and prepare leadership updates.
• Assist with project-related work and organize information for presentations and reports.
