Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in project management, program management, or portfolio leadership within power generation, nuclear services, steam power, or a related industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects or project portfolios simultaneously, with accountability for financial, operational, and customer outcomes.
• Proven people leadership experience, including direct management of project managers and leadership across matrixed or dotted-line organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of PMO governance, resource planning, risk management, and portfolio reporting in a highly regulated or operationally complex environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio customer relationship ownership, operational excellence ownership, & team leadership for assigned area
• Typically a 2nd line manager with senior professional direct reports. Has the ability to attract and retain talent. Often manages medium to large teams.
• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
