Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading multiple complex projects or project portfolios with accountability for financial, operational, and customer outcomes.
• Proven people leadership experience, including direct management of project managers and leadership across matrixed or dotted-line organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of PMO governance, resource planning, risk management, and portfolio reporting in a highly regulated or complex environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio customer relationship ownership, operational excellence ownership, and team leadership for assigned area.
• Typically a 2nd line manager with senior professional direct reports and talent retention responsibilities.
• Developing expertise in own function and providing leadership across projects or portfolios.
