Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associate's degree with 7 years in power generation).
• Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Power.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns across the region.
• Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers.
• Influence strategy for the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Use high level judgment to make decisions and provide recommendations across functions.
• May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources and guide others.
