Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Customer Portfolio Manager to own customer relationships across designated regions and contracts. You will drive profitability and satisfaction, fulfill service obligations, and manage fixed-price and time-and-material programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or 7 years in power generation with an associate degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical field experience with heavy duty gas turbine/steam power.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact to customers for timely resolution of concerns across support services.
• Manage region coverage, product lines, and access internal functions to support customers.
• Influence area strategy, resource control, and policy recommendations.
• Interpret business challenges and propose best practices to improve products or services.
• Lead programs/projects with minimal risk and coordinate cross-functional teams.
