Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Sr. Project Operations & Operational Excellence Lead to support a Design & Construction program. You will drive process improvements, governance, and documentation management across project controls and site services, coordinating with engineering firms, contractors, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes reliability engineering and requires extensive experience in capital projects, with hands-on knowledge of common data environments and CDE workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8–10+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project delivery functions.
• Lean Six Sigma and operational-excellence background with ability to improve processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across D&C Project Controls and Site Services.
• Apply Lean and continuous-improvement methods to simplify workflows and improve handoffs.
• Develop and sustain practical operating processes, governance routines, and information-management controls.
• Manage documentation lifecycle from creation to archival aligned with project execution needs.
• Provide guidance on Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows and information management.
• Coordinate documentation exchange between engineering firms, contractors, and stakeholders.
