Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8–10+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, project operations, project controls, information management, or related functions.
• Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or equivalent continuous improvement experience, with demonstrated ability to improve processes and governance across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence, project operations, and process improvement across D&C Project Controls and Site Services workstreams.
• Apply Lean, continuous improvement methods to simplify workflows, clarify ownership, and improve visibility across project teams.
• Develop and sustain practical operating processes, workflows, governance routines, documentation standards, and metadata practices.
• Use documentation lifecycle management as a key workstream, aligning creation, review, issuance, revision, and turnover with project needs.
• Provide guidance for Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and common data environment workflows.
