Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–10+ years in operational excellence, process improvement or project controls.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of documentation systems and information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and process improvement across D&C project controls and site services.
• Apply Lean and CI methods to simplify workflows and improve handoffs.
• Develop and standardize operating processes, governance, metadata practices, and information-management controls.
• Manage documentation lifecycle including creation, review, issuance, revision, archival and turnover.
• Guide Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Construction Cloud and CDE workflows.
• Coordinate documentation exchange among engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop operating metrics, logs, status reporting and dashboards.
• Partner with Project Controls and Integrated Delivery Office to scale docs management.
• Provide coaching to document control and cross-functional staff.
