Job summary

Syner-G in California seeks a Project Operations & Operational Excellence Lead to support a Design & Construction program. You will drive process improvements, governance, and documentation standards across D&C Project Controls and Site Services to improve execution.

The role focuses on reliability engineering, with travel up to 100%, leading cross‑functional teams and mentoring staff. Experience in Lean Six Sigma and common data environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in operational excellence, project operations or related functions.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous-improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across D&C Project Controls and Site Services workstreams.
• Apply lean methods to simplify workflows, clarify ownership, and improve handoffs.
• Develop and sustain operating processes, governance, and metadata practices.
• Manage documentation lifecycle and information-management controls.
• Provide guidance on Autodesk Forma, ACC workflows, and CDE practices.
• Coordinate documentation across engineering firms, contractors, and site stakeholders.
