Job summary

Syner-G, in a major capital program, seeks a Project Operations & Operational Excellence Lead to enhance D&C Project Controls and Site Services. This role focuses on standardized ways of working, documentation governance, and scalable information-management practices across project teams.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years of experience in operational excellence and has hands-on knowledge of documentation management, common data environments, and project controls interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in operational excellence, process improvement, or project delivery functions.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence, project operations, and process improvement across D&C workstreams.
• Standardize workflows, governance routines, and documentation practices.
• Develop and sustain operating processes, metadata, and information-management controls.
• Coordinate documentation and information exchange among stakeholders and contractors.
• Provide guidance on Autodesk Forma/ACCD workflows and CDE practices.
• Develop metrics, logs, and status reporting for execution visibility.
