Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to monitor and manage day-to-day operations in support of solar, storage and substation projects.

This fully remote role requires coordinating with service managers, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities include preparing work orders, subcontracts and invoices, maintaining project files, and contributing to profitability reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; manage change orders and invoicing.
