Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to meet budgets and timelines.
• Lead internal project meetings and document minutes.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders as needed.
• Assist in monthly job profitability reviews and collaborate with teams to hit profitability goals.
