Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a remote Business Operations Coordinator to monitor, control, and manage business operations for our nationwide solar, storage, and substation projects. The role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and process improvement while coordinating with Service Managers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is required.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting mindset.
• Experience working in a diverse, multi-disciplined, employee-owned company.
• Strong communication skills to articulate a plan clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.
• Monitor and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate project tasks to meet budget and timelines.
• Lead internal project meetings and document minutes.
