Job summary

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. The Business Operations Coordinator role is fully remote and focuses on monitoring, controlling, and managing business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.

You will coordinate with Service Managers, liaise with clients, and document project activities while driving

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting.
• Foster collaboration between teams.
• Experience in a diverse, employee-owned company is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to translate vision into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the primary function and ensures compliance with safe practices.
• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination of operations.
• Monitor, control and manage operations to meet client expectations.
• Liaise between customer and management for smooth delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks within budget and timelines.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; document change orders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and document minutes.
• Assist with monthly job profitability reviews and invoicing.
• Identify and resolve operational issues; implement process improvements.
• Champion diversity and inclusion within SOLV Energy culture.
