Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Manager for SDI Services, an affiliate. You will oversee technical, fiscal, and administrative aspects of solar PV projects, including drilling pile installation and racking. This fully remote role requires travel and leadership across field and office teams.

The position emphasizes planning, budgeting, and customer liaison with a strong background in construction management and proven leadership skills within a dynamic solar environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction (or related field) from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience or an equivalent combination of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics.
• PMP preferred, but not required.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of projects.
• Determine technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion of the project.
• Prepare notices and change order documentation for the client and project management.
• Manage schedules and budgets for assigned project proposals and close outs; monitor progress and material logistics.
