Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction (or related field) from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience or equivalent combination of experience and skills.
• PMP preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Spectrum and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of project functions.
• Determine technical skills and staff hours required for project success.
• Obtain, analyze, and circulate technical and contract information to the team.
• Prepare reports and documentation for client and project management.
• Manage schedules and budgets for proposals and closeouts; coordinate with procurement.
• Support customer relationships at professional and technical levels.
• Set goals for field management, subcontractors, and vendors; motivate teams.
• Oversee performance, productivity, and quality to complete projects on time.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and installation best practices.
