Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead internal and external client projects with a matrixed team. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet deliverables, timelines, and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction from pre-sales through implementation and transition to support.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex software rollouts in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a bachelor's degree in business or technology plus at least three years of software implementation and services experience.
• Experience managing external clients as a project manager and solving complex issues as a strategic thinker.
• Ability to plan, execute and track a complex software rollout, preferably with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; travel may be required.
• Experience coordinating internal and external teams across locations and functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning to delivery and metrics.
• Coordinate with client PMs and stakeholders to align scope and expectations.
• Develop project plans covering data conversion, product customization, deployment, and training.
• Monitor status, health metrics, and communicate with executives as needed.
• Support PMO, standardize practices, and contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare statements of work, proposals, and key project artifacts.
• Identify risks and escalated issues and implement resolutions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
