Trademark Sign LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial signage and construction projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, permits, and site work to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment, coordinating with sales, clients, and subcontractors, and maintaining meticulous records. Remote options exist for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in the signage or construction industry.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, with coursework in business, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or project management preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read construction documents and site plans; read & understand technical language.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure project success.
• Oversee and track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle (permitting, fabrication, and installation).
• Maintain detailed cost tracking to ensure alignment with project budget.
• Handle accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date project records, files and documentation.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Interpret and work from engineered drawings and sign plans.
• Scheduling and coordination of site work.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
