Job summary

Stratus seeks a Project Manager to oversee signage and brand implementation projects from concept through installation. You will manage projects ranging from $1M to $6M+ with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery across hundreds of locations.

You will coordinate across Design, Engineering, Permitting, Manufacturing, and Field Services to ensure seamless execution and superior customer outcomes. The role rewards initiative and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in construction, signage, manufacturing, or multi-site programs.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award to closeout with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and satisfaction.
• Convert customer requirements into actionable project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Permitting, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Source and manage installers/subcontractors; negotiate pricing; ensure quality.
• Identify risks and constraints; implement mitigation to protect delivery.
• Maintain project data, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to customers and teams.
• Drive completion with ownership, urgency, and accountability.
