Job summary

Nram United is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee signage projects from concept to final installation. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating various internal teams, and serving as the primary contact for clients and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in signage project management, fabrication, construction, or installation.
  • Strong understanding of signage manufacturing, production, and installation processes.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using ERP, CRM, or project management software is preferred.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including design, production, fabrication, and installation teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and contractors throughout project execution.
  • Ensure drawings, approvals, change orders, permits, and project documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays, risks, or resource challenges.
  • Maintain organized project records and update internal systems with accurate status reporting.
  • Assist with logistics coordination including fabrication schedules, shipping, and field installation planning.
  • Lead project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
  • Review and manage project-related contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
