This remote role focuses on driving project estimation from initial client consultation through installation, coordinating with design, fabrication, and installation teams for on-time, on-budget outcomes. You will assess signage needs, prepare comprehensive cost estimates, and manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sign industry estimating, project management, or sales/consulting.
• Strong understanding of sign fabrication methods, materials, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication.
• Proficiency in estimating software, project management tools; SignAgent experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, architectural drawings, and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for custom sign projects including materials, labor, and installation.
• Consult with clients to assess signage needs, recommend solutions, and develop project scopes.
• Manage sign projects from kickoff through installation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for seamless execution.
• Review blueprints, site plans, and specifications to inform bidding and project planning.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-through.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and vendor/subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with local permitting requirements and sign codes.
