CALIBER SIGNS & IMAGING INC is seeking a senior Project Manager to own sign projects from inquiry to installation. The role combines estimating, CRM, customer follow-up, and permitting coordination to drive revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years in signage with proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Reporting to Owner / GM, this position is a hands-on, senior role.

• Own pre-order activities: qualify inbound opportunities, develop estimates, maintain client relationships, follow up on proposals, convert quotes to orders.
• Own post-order activities: kickoff through installation, create signage proofs, create schedules, manage permitting, coordinate shop drawings, production, and material procurement, manage installation crews.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for owning sign projects from initial inquiry through final installation and close-out. This role is customer centric, combining estimating, CRM, customer follow-up, sales order conversion, permitting coordination, and full project management. This is a senior, highly accountable role that directly impacts revenue, margin, and customer experience.

Pre-Order / Sales & Estimating Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound opportunities and assess project fit
• Develop accurate estimates for sign projects
• Maintain relationship with property management clients and fulfill their requests for signage updates with quotes and proofs.
• Follow up on proposals and convert quotes to orders
• Address pricing questions and negotiate scope within guidelines

Post-Order / Project Management Responsibilities

• Own awarded projects from kickoff through installation
• Design and create signage proofs
• Create schedules and coordinate internal resources
• Manage permitting, surveys, and municipal approvals
• Coordinate shop drawings, production, and material procurement
• Schedule and manage installation crews or subcontractors

Required Experience

• 2+ years in signage
• Experience estimating and managing complex projects
