Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Product Launch Coordinator to ensure successful product launches and maximize adoption of routine releases. You will bridge product management, marketing, sales, and support, coordinating cross‑functional efforts and executing playbooks for routine releases with low to medium complexity.

You will organize content, train teams, and track metrics to improve adoption and readiness. This remote U.S. role requires strong collaboration and results‑driven execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years in Enterprise Software Development, IT, or similar.
• At least 1 year focused on product launches or project management.
• PM: risk management and milestone tracking experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem-solving required.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee GTM launch plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Execute playbooks for new product launches based on complexity.
• Be primary GTM readiness contact across departments.
• Create internal content and enablement materials for launches.
• Coordinate launch meetings and track progress against milestones.
• Identify risks and work with stakeholders on mitigations.
