Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead PowerGuard projects across Florida, coordinating between customers, sales, operations, and suppliers. This remote, territory-based role requires regular regional travel and a commitment to safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will own project plans, milestones, and communications while optimizing costs and ensuring high customer satisfaction. A PM background in power/industrial sectors is preferred, with PMP being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in related field.
• PM experience in power generation or industrial services preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with budgets and schedules.
• Strong financial understanding including budgets, revenue, and margins.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• PMP or formal PM training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from sales handoff through completion and closeout.
• Review scope, specs, PO, contracts, and customer expectations at kickoff.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary customer contact and provide proactive status updates.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, service, operations, purchasing, and finance.
• Monitor costs, revenue, gross margin, and change orders.
• Identify and document change orders before work proceeds.
• Anticipate risks and develop action plans to stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on equipment availability and delivery.
• Conduct project reviews and maintain documentation and commitments.
• Escalate significant issues for timely resolution.
• Turnover to service teams after completion and ensure closeout.
• Support process improvements and customer experience.
