Power & Data Management (PDM) is seeking an Operations Project Manager to bridge customers, commissioning teams, design engineers, factory operations, and field service partners on complex electrical distribution projects for data centers and industrial clients.

You will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment, working remotely with global teams and traveling as needed to sites. Strong PM and electrical industry background preferred.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical industry.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, internal PDM stakeholders, factory teams, logistics teams, and field service partners.
• Track project schedules, KPIs, changes, risks, budgets, and approval timelines.
• Lead project kickoff and stakeholder governance meetings.
• Manage the execution of technical efforts in the field.
• Provide technical support for internal teams, service partners, and customer inquiries with factory/engineering teams.
• Support design reviews, transportation logistics, service proposals, and lifecycle management.
• Support sales activities to validate customer solutions and drive growth.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% for coordination and QA.
• Promote workplace safety and employee wellbeing.
