Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering and 15+ years of power industry experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams on power generation projects.
• Experience with multiple power generation technologies – solar, storage, wind, and thermal.

Responsibilities

• Develop consulting project execution plans to meet client needs.
• Review deliverables such as reports and studies.
• Lead project team with clear technical guidance.
• Manage hours and work to budget and scope.
• Develop staff expertise through training and mentoring.
• Prepare proposals for consulting project opportunities.
• Support multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
• Travel occasionally to project locations and client offices.
