The role emphasizes PMBOK-based project management, collaboration with engineering and construction teams, and a travel requirement of 25–40% to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the utility industry.
• At least 1+ year of past work history in EPC projects.
• Experience working with Transmission Lines or HV Electric Substation projects.
• Detailed knowledge of project management fundamentals (PMBOK).
• MS Office proficiency including MS Project and Primavera scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from initiation through closeout per PMBOK.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality for project delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; manage change orders and negotiations.
• Prepare project reports and financials for PM and client; ensure accurate invoicing.
