Job summary

Scuttlebutt Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for remote work in the United States. The role involves organizing, leading, and planning implementation projects, with a focus on quality control and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include coordinating interdepartmental teams, cost estimation, vendor liaison, and ensuring compliance across standards and regulations. PMP knowledge and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of associated work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience implementing software and IT knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in Support; or related experience and/or training.
• Strong knowledge in PM applications and tools preferred.
• PMP certified or in progress preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Assists with cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
• Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Leads regular status meetings with project team.
• Works closely with other departments to coordinate and perform a variety of projects.
• 5% overnight travel as required.
