Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to own end-to-end rollout execution for our Early Detection Platform. You will lead weekly cross-functional launch calls, manage Monday.com workflows, and escalate risks early to keep all stakeholders aligned.

The role requires PMP certification and 2–3+ years of PM/implementation experience, with strong planning, communication, and executive-facing reporting skills. Remote role with West Coast preference.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required and 2–3+ years of PM/implementation experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, dependency management, risk identification, and mitigation skills.
• Experience with rollout management and go-live execution.
• Proficient in Monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rollout timelines for client launches.
• Lead weekly cross-functional launch calls across accounts.
• Track progress with Monday.com dashboards, Gantt charts, and dependencies.
• Present rollout status, risks, timelines, and next steps to leadership.
• Coordinate tasks across IT, Operations, HR, AOEs, and Clinical teams.
• Escalate risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain Monday.com workflows and dashboards.
• Support SOP updates and documentation improvements.
