Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a mid-level Project Manager with healthcare delivery experience to lead operational initiatives across ambulatory care, hospitals and post-acute settings. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and ensure timely delivery with strong governance.

This remote, contract-to-hire role emphasizes stakeholder management, data migrations, platform integrations, and acquisitions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Healthcare delivery experience in ambulatory care, hospitals, or post-acute care.
• Experience leading medium-to-large initiatives involving operational integrations, platform implementations, data migrations, vendor integrations, or organizational transitions.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Clinical Leadership, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience with project governance, including project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Experience using Waterfall or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage challenging stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive results with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare delivery projects from initiation through implementation and operational handoff.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate operational integrations, acquisitions, vendor transitions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with clinical, operational, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and executive status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and competing priorities.
• Support testing, operational readiness, implementation, and post-launch stabilization.
