Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client transitions to Navitus from current PBM vendors. The role focuses on building early client relationships, coordinating with Navitus SMEs, and ensuring clear, frequent communication about requirements, progress, and potential issues.

The IPM will manage cross-functional teams, support other client projects, and travel as needed to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• 4 years’ project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Adherence to compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Kick-off meetings for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist with impact analyses to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain Client approval.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log.
