Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to join our team. The PM will interface with health plans and strategic employer clients, managing projects including transitioning clients to Navitus and implementing new services.

Strong relationship skills are essential to ensure a seamless transition and successful outcomes. The IPM will build early client relationships, collaborate with Navitus SMEs, and ensure requirements are documented, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required
• 4 years' project management experience, working with external clients required
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and PBM preferred
• Strong communication and relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Readiness Assessment and support sales initiatives
• Be the primary client face with significant travel
• Facilitate kickoff meetings for requirements gathering and discovery
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and issue logs
• Provide weekly status updates to management and client teams
• Support escalated client, member, and project issues
• Provide go-live support via remote or onsite access; travel as needed
• Facilitate Post-Implementation Review meetings
• Support other client and internal projects
