Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to join our team. The role will interface with health plans and strategic employer clients to manage transitions from current PBMs, implement new services, and drive vendor relationships.

You will build early relationships, coordinate with Navitus SMEs, document requirements, develop project plans, track progress, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA products preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in readiness assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist the client with impact analyses to determine requirements for smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in standard project templates and obtain client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring.
