Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles preferred.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, aligning timelines, priorities, and outcomes to organizational goals.
• Manage resources and workload effectively by balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate clear communication by tailoring messages to diverse audiences and guiding stakeholders through risks and decisions.
• Collaborate across teams and vendors to resolve challenges proactively and ensure successful results.
• Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement across teams and solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
