Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of Epic implementation projects. You will build executive relationships, direct project teams, and drive outcome-driven delivery across a multi-million dollar portfolio while ensuring a smooth transition to Account Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading direct and indirect teams.
• PMI certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.
• Epic knowledge or experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level relationships with member and OCHIN leaders.
• Lead portfolio of Epic implementation projects with $5M–$25M scale.
• Ensure project success and transitions to Account Management.
• Coach PM staff and drive process improvements across the portfolio.
