Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is hiring a Manager of Portfolio Management (Epic Implementations) to lead a portfolio of multi-million dollar projects in a fully remote capacity.

The role requires steering project strategy, maintaining executive-level relationships, and ensuring successful delivery across an integrated team. You will collaborate with member executives and OCHIN leaders, driving improvements in processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, or related field required.
• PMI certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of project management leadership experience.
• Epic implementation knowledge preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for on-site Go Live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of Epic implementation projects valued roughly $5M–$25M.
• Maintain executive relationships with members and internal leadership.
• Drive strategic decisions, risk management, and issue resolution across projects.
• Align staff efforts with organizational goals and install processes.
• Manage financial milestones and on-time revenue recognition for the portfolio.
