Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate diverse projects remotely across the national network. You will run meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, track follow-ups, and ensure deliverables progress on schedule, interfacing with project champions, owners, and leadership.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams, monitor risks, create mitigation plans, and provide updates to leadership to maintain project health and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project coordination or management experience.
• PM training a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet, MS Project or other PM apps.
• Epic certification and/or NextGen highly desired.
• Experience in Ambulatory or Acute Care Clinical Operations is highly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or IT required.
• Competency assessment before team interview.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small-scale projects under supervision.
• Review resource requests for gaps and review with Supervisor.
• Assist others in supporting Smartsheet utilization.
• Update and maintain related project status.
• Build and organize appropriate project plans for assigned projects.
• Develop, document, and maintain/revise all project materials.
• Act as primary contact point for assigned projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
