• Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role; 8 years of applicable experience desired.
• A keen sense of excellent customer service and how to deliver it effectively in all situations, including those most challenging
• Strong leadership skills, in support of the organization’s needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word; Access is a plus
